Since 2024 Ladner Village Revitalization has been the focus of a staff task force. The aim has been to activate Ladner Village and advance redevelopment of the Ladner Waterfront, particularly through these six priority projects to be implemented over the next five years: Chisholm Street Wharf / Spot on the Water Park; Chisholm Street; Mixed Use Tourist Accommodation; Elliott Street Wharf; Pedestrian Events and Celebrations; Ladner Village Branding and Wayfinding. Paula Kolisnek, City of Delta, presented to Ladner Rotary members the 2026 Ladner Village Revitalization Action Plan on April 21, 2026.
