Anniversaries to Remember

On February 23^rd in 1974, two of our Rotarians were married in Richmond at approximately 1 to 2 pm only one block apart. They did not know each other then, but celebrated their mutual 35^th wedding anniversary last night at the Sun Sui Wah Restaurant. The two couples also had a winter theme for their honeymoon, as  Larry and Denise Pretty went skiing in the Interior and Lynn and John Cameron honeymooned in Whistler. Congratulations to these two wonderful couples.

At our meeting on February 17th, Ron Bollen told us the wonderful tale of how he and the love of his life Susan met. They married in 1944 and have had many happy wonderful years together. Ron and Susan Bollen celebrated their 65^th wedding anniversary on February 12^th. We wish them well and honour their happiness together.
