Board drafts action plan for 2015-16

Thanks to members of our current board and the incoming board who met for an evening planning session on June 8, and to District Rotarian Don Evans who facilitated the session, Rotary Club of Ladner now has an action plan for 2015-16.
 
The new plan is based on the club's five-year strategy developed last year, also with the help of Don Evans, owner of management consulting firm DJE Holdings Ltd., who is District Governor Elect (DG in 2016-17). A draft will be available soon for review and comment by members.
 
Member direction for the plan has come through the recent survey of members. Once again the plan presents an ambitious agenda as some action items roll forward from this year's plan while new ones are added in areas of membership, club operations, projects, fund-raising and communication.
