Ladner Rotarian Jim Cessford, former Delta Chief Constable (left) and Mayor Lois Jackson officiated at the swearing in of Delta's new Police Chief Neil Dubord, at a Municipal Hall ceremony on June 29, 2015. Chief Dubord credits his exposure to Rotary through his father as a key reason he dedicated his career to public service.
