Demolition of the Kinsmen Water Play Area, which has served families in Ladner and Delta for 30 years, began in January to make way for the new Ladner Rotary Splash Park, in partnership with the City of Delta, and with the support of sponsors and donors. The new splash park is scheduled for opening in time for this year's summer season.
