Richard Wischnewski told Rotary Club of Ladner on March 4, 2025 about Ladner Business Association (LBA), where he is the current President, and about Delta Gymnastics, where he is Executive Director.

LBA is a community-minded business association. It enriches the South Delta community as it empowers local small, medium and large businesses, service organizations, not-for-profits and government. Members benefit from promotion of each other's businesses, advocacy on behalf of the business community, hosting networking events and business workshops, and giving back to the community.

Delta Gymnastics Society is a leading gymnastics clubs, supporting gymnasts, at every level of experience and age. It lives by its motto, “Where kids are first” as it coaches and trains young children and provides programs for seniors. The goal is to give children a lifelong passion for physical activity and to empower them to become successful people through gymnastics.
