Thanks to the many local residents who showed up for the Rotary Club of Ladner Rotary Shred A Thon on a sunny, warm April 5, 2025, the Rotary-sponsored food pantry program at Delta Secondary School for families needing a hand up and the South Delta Food Bank will benefit from the proceeds of just under $4,000.
Seven members of Ladner Rotary and one member of the club's Interact Club at Delta Secondary School unloaded boxes and bags of paper for shredding on the spot by a Shred-Wise truck on the property behind Eastlink, off Ladner Trunk Road. Special thank you to Delta-based event sponsors Ideal Door Ltd. and Millennium Pacific Greenhouses Ltd.
