KinVillage is a community-based, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting older adults to live with dignity, independence, and connection at every stage of aging. A $6 million capital campaign is now underway for a new KinVillage Community Centre, where people of 55+ come together to stay active, socialize, and have fun, through workshops, games, dancing and gentle exercise.

Kristen Thomas, KinVillage Director of Development, presented to Ladner Rotary members on May 19, 2026. She said the needs of seniors have evolved over time and continue to grow, but KinVillage continues to provide high-quality care through housing, programs, and services that adapt to changing health, mobility, and social needs, helping people stay active, engaged, and supported where everyone belongs.
