Louise Wechselberger inducted as new member

Louise Wechselberger, of the Delta Chamber of Commerce (2nd from right), is inducted and welcomed to the Rotary Club of Ladner by her sponsor, Peter Roaf (right) and President Walt Hayward with Past District Governor Penny Offer, who outlined basic responsibilities in becoming a Rotarian.
