BC Women's Health Foundation Manager, Engagement Cheryl Gipson spoke to Rotary Club of Ladner members about the importance of women's health, largely overlooked in the past, and current fundraising priorities for the Foundation and, in turn, BC Women's Hospital.

Cheryl Gipson, who, because of winter weather, spoke remotely to Ladner Rotary members and guests, is a former patient of the Hospital. She advocates for healthy women and promotes gender equity in our healthcare system because all women deserve to have their voices heard. She has over a decade of experience in fundraising. Ensuring women have easy access to resources for understanding the science around women’s bodies is a core motivator for Cheryl.

She believes every woman should be able to take charge of her health.
