New member inducted

The Rotary Club of Ladner welcomed its newest member on January 15 2013. Alfredo Goco was inducted by Club Membership Chair Denis Denischuck and presented with his Rotary pin by PDG Penny Offer. The club members then lined up to welcome Alfredo to the club.

Afredo spoke briefly about his family and career. He first joined Rotary in the Philippines and was a member of the Rotary Club of Vancouver Arbutus. He is a mortgage broker with Clear Trust Morgeages.

He is active with the Philippine Canada Trade Council, Knight of Columbus, Mortgage Brokers Association of BC and Canadian Association of  Accredited Mortgage Professional.

He also calls himself a “foodie” and writes restaurant reviews for several publications.
