Meet the newest member of the Rotary Club of Ladner - San Uppal
Past District Governor Garry Shearer installed the newest member of the Rotary club of Ladner at the club’s President’s Installation barbeque.
PDG Gary present Constable San Uppal with his Rotary pin and challenged him to get involved in Rotary. The club members then greeted San as Rotary’s newest member.
San is a 25-year veteran of Delta PD and grew up in Ladner. Over the course of his career, he's worked in many different areas of the department - general patrol, homicide and community relations as well as a six-year stint at the Justice Institute.
He now manages the Ladner Community Police Station and a group of 40 volunteers.
