Across the country demand on food banks has continued to increase significantly.
Food for the Rotary-sponsored pantry program, for students of families who need a hand up over weekends, and sponsorship of activities by the Rotary sponsored club at Delta Secondary School are causes to be supported by the Ladner Rotary Shred A Thon on Saturday, October 5, 2024.
The Shred A Thon on October 5 will be open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on the property behind Eastlink (Delta Cable) at 5381 Ladner Trunk Road in Ladner.
Any individual, company or organization can bring their old tax returns, credit card bills, business records, bank statements, and personal information documents so a shredding company can safely and securely shred the paper on the spot.
A donation of $15 per banker’s box of paper will support the youth programs at Delta Secondary.
