Micah 6:8 in the Bible advises: act justly, love mercy and walk humbly with your God. It is a  verse which emphasizes the importance of justice, mercy, and humility in one's relationship with God and others, said Reverend Graham Witcher in beginning his invocation at the start of the Ladner Rotary members' meeting on February 3, 2026.

He went on to say that the police are the public and the public are the police.
