REACH Child and Youth Development Society, founded in 1959 and based in Ladner, serves neurodiverse children with support needs and their families in Delta, Surrey, White Rock, and Langley. It is dedicated to building inclusive, accessible, supportive societies where all individuals flourish for children from birth through age 25. By actively engaging in their own services, children and families build agency, fostering lifelong self-determination. REACH plans to expand its current pre-school program for part of a day to a full day daycare program for children from REACH and for other children.

Renie D'Aquila, Executive Director of Reach, has been instrumental in leading the organization's mission to provide education, therapy, and support to children and families with special needs.
