Rotary Opens Opportunities as it keeps changing in service to our community and communities all over the world. Rotary District 5040 Governor Dave Hamilton, of the Rotary Club of Tsawwassen, visited the Rotary Club of Ladner, one of 50 in the District. He was accompanied by Dean Hsieh, Assistant Governor for Delta and Richmond. The meeting was the first hybrid format meeting with 15 members and 4 guests at the Coast Tsawwassen Inn and eight joining the meeting by Zoom.
