President Elect Peter Roaf (left) with Rotarians completing Level 3 of the three Rotary Leadership Institute levels prior to the District 5040 conference in North Vancouver on May 7, 2015. Others in the group were from Williams Lake, Prince George, Burnaby and Vancouver. Past District Governor Chris Offer, of Ladner, and District Governor Elect John Anderson, of Tsawwassen, facilitated the session. PDG and Ladner Rotarian Sonia Baron participated in another RLI session and PDG and Ladner Rotarian Penny Offer facilitated one of the other RLI sessions. Roaf says, "RLI is an excellent way to learn about the full scope of Rotary and many lifetime skills as well.
