Scholarships to Ladner high school grads

Three Delta Secondary School students received scholarships from the Rotary Club of Ladner at the school's Commencement Ceremony on June 27, 2016, at South Delta Baptist Church.
 
Natalie Baltzer, Kieffer Silva Pinto and Wendel Vistan each received a $500 scholarship for each of these three awards:
1.Involvement in community service, demonstrated community leadership, entering trades/technical program.
2.Involvement in community service, demonstrated community leadership, planning a career in Floriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field.      
3.Involvement in community service, demonstrated community leadership, participated in cadet program, entering Coast Guard or Armed Forces.
 
Then Ladner Rotary President Peter Roaf presented the scholarships on behalf of the Rotary Club of Ladner.
