Ryan Williams,  Delta Chamber member demonstrated social media tools and tactics that can build your business. He will shared with us how  clients profiting from his counsel as they adopt these new communication tools to deepen their relationships.

Ryan is President of TWI Surveys Inc, a Delta-based communication research company. His clients include The Home Depot of Canada, Mountain Equipment Co-op, Pepsi Co, John Hopkins Medicine, Suncor and Symantec. A few of his local clients have been Vancouver Coastal Health, The Delta Hospital Foundation, The Law Society of B.C, The Justice Institute of British Columbia, and Modern Engineering. In 2004, Ryan was honoured with the prestigious Golden Ruler Award from the Institute of Public Relations in New York. He has also won three Gold Quill Awards of Excellence from the International Association of Business Communicators.

A published author and accomplished speaker at national and international conferences, Ryan shares the value of listening as a leadership strategy. Ryan graduated from Trinity Western University with a Masters Degree in Business Leadership. Ryan currently sits as the Member Director for the International Association of Business Communicators BC Chapter.
