Tsawwassen Commons is a 550,000 SF retail development in progress at the Tsawwassen First Nation. It is described as offering a diverse tenant mix and trading area that will service the affluent areas of Tsawwassen, Ladner, South Delta, North Delta and South Richmond. Tsawwassen Commons is next door to Ivanhoe Cambridge’s Tsawwassen Mills development.

Tsawwassen Commons is under development next to Ivanhoe Cambridge’s Tsawwassen Mills, with its 1,200,000 SF enclosed shopping centre including retail, outlet, entertainment and dining. The two developments will have a combined footprint similar to Metrotown. Shoppers are expected to be drawn from the Lower Mainland.

The entire TFN development, along with the Aquilini Group's residential development, will include 137 acres with 296 condos, 194 houses and an 18 hole golf course.
