There have been significant changes to estate law in BC over the past few years. We all need a will at every age and need to update our estate plans regularly.

Murray Lott has been a lawyer for more than 35 years. He has extensive business and legal experience. Murray is active in our community (Rotary, Tour de Delta, and counsel to local organizations) and a director of Central City Brewers and Distillers ('Red Racer' beer).

Murray took over Delta Law Office (founded in 1966) in 2007 and has built it into a five-lawyer, two office firm. Murray specializes in wills and estates and business advice. Murray and his family live in Tsawwassen.

Murray acts regularly as a Power of Attorney for people who need help managing their finances, care arrangements, property, and bills. He also acts as an Executor of Estates to ensure an efficient and problem-free administration of wills, trusts, and estate plans.

Rotarians may support The Rotary Foundation in their estate plans, gain a tax advantage, and receive Bequest Society recognition from our Foundation.
