Ladner Rotarian Alfredo Goco owns and operates Sinaoga salt company in the Philippines. Salt is harvested from capturing sea water and evaporating the water in 1,000 shallow concrete trays across this field (photos by Alfredo Goco)
 
Mounds of salt harvested in just one day. A warehouse stores 150,000 kg of salt to manage the demand for salt which rises and falls throughout the year.
