Montreal Rotary leader visits Ladher Rotary

Past District Governor of Rotary District 7040, based in Montreal, Wong Kee Song visited Rotary Club of Ladner. He spoke highly of former Montreal Rotarian Marie-Laure Liao, now a member of Ladner Rotary.
