Reach: for children to achieve their potential

Since 1959 Reach Child and Youth Development Society has been providing services to special needs children and their families in the belief in the potential of every child, and in the knowledge that each child is unique. The Reach team works together with families to recognize each child’s strengths and develop her or his abilities.

The society has reached 80% of its $5 million fund-raising goal towards building a new facility on the current Kinsmen clubhouse site at Memorial Park in Ladner.

Over 1,000 children and their families benefit every year from the services of Reach, a non-profit charitable society, through programs and services to families in Delta, Surrey and Langley.

Reach offers a variety of programs to meet a wide range of developmental needs, including services for children and youth with autism. Early Childhood Educators, Speech Language Pathologists, Behavioural Consultants, Supported Child Development Consultants, Occupational Therapists, Infant Development Consultants and others with extensive experience support families and children.
