Good morning, Monday the 20th , now in Temuco...having wonderful time in central and central-to-south Chile...have had time to visit cities, small towns, farms, rivers, lagoons everywhere....plus much time with friends, new friends and their relatives....have picture of Geraldine and I picking blueberries at farm of our hosts, so it is now official, on camera...still here until end of month, so lots more to see and do.

Good news...the Container arrived in Culpanao last Monday, the 13th....unloaded by several Rotarians plus Mapuches who set up all equipment. The technician from dental supply company who is to hook up everything is, unfortunately, on holiday, so may be about first of February before ready to go. The dental chair, trays, main unit, etc. are in place so Cachi Perez, a dentista and one of our hosts, is ready to drill, or extract, one of my molars this will be on Wednesday.

This week as Temuco Rotary meeting will be in Culpanao, with Mapuches attending....picture to come later.....I have prepared a short speech with congratulations from our Ladner Club to all, to celebrate this accomplishment....with Patricio´s help, I have prepared to say this in Spanish!!....wish me luck!
