District 5040 Rotary Foundation Dinner: "Blue Hawaii"

November 19th  2011

6:00pm No Host Bar, 7:00pm Buffet Dinner 

Location: Firefighters Hall, 6515 Bonsor Avenue, Burnaby, B.C. 

Contact Mike Storey if you are interested in sitting at the Ladner Rotary Table, we are looking for 10 to attend  (we have five persons from our club registered as of Oct 16). 

Good food, fun, and live auction!  Dance the night away to Elvis tribute artist Steve Elliott, with entertainment by the Spirit of the South Seas - Hula Halau Na Keiki 'O hana Lokahi.  Your best Hawaiian shirt and mumuus optional!

We are looking for you to make a commitment before Remembrance Day as the Banquet Hall wants us to confirm our numbers one week before the event. 

We are organizing an auction for fundraising for the Rotary Foundation. Some of these travel packages will be available for Rotarian on line bidding and other packages will be a live auction at the Foundation Dinner with one package available as a door prize (tickets available only at the Foundation Dinner).  We will be selling balloons with hidden prizes also.  All auctions and raffle tickets will be completed before the evening entertainment starts at 9 pm.
